5 to 100 lb. Dual head scale

The iQ-3602-HD will weigh and fill 5 to 100 lbs. of many products including IQF foods, nuts, candies, plastic pieces and pharmaceutical products like gel tablets into bag-n-box cases, bags, pails or trays.

Utilizing High Deflection vibratory feeders the iQ-3602-HD Scale will weigh and fill large volumes of product very fast. The product is cascaded from this powerful vibratory tray into the weigh bucket and also onto a secondary vibratory tray (dribble tray) that is used to top-off of the portioned product for accuracy.

Containers can be hand placed by an operator or the iQ-3602-HD can be designed to fit over and interfaced with an automatic bagger or indexing conveyor.

USDA and pharmaceutical grade models available.

Uses non-proprietary menu-driven controls to enter desired weight and feed rate.
